In my role as a Software Engineer for a healthcare-focused web-based SaaS product, I am pivotal in both its development and deployment. My key responsibilities include:Custom Development: Leading the integration of complex data (API, File, HL7) for precise client data translation.Project Leadership: Serving as the sole technical lead on projects for major multi-site hospital clients, driving new revenue and strengthening client relationships.Full Stack Development: Engaging in full stack development (C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MVC) to enhance our product, working closely with our clinical team in an agile environment from design to release.Technical Support: Managing support tickets across a spectrum of issues, from data import queries to web functionality, and developing new features to improve client service.Quality Assurance: Offering technical guidance to colleagues, leading new employee onboarding, and ensuring code quality through thorough reviews.Client Support: Acting as the primary support contact, proactively monitoring and resolving any issues to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service.This role leverages my technical expertise, project management, and interpersonal skills, demonstrating my commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare technology solutions and client satisfaction.

Provide excellent customer service to local clientele while performing tasks such as:• Troubleshooting and resolving Windows based computer system complications.• Testing and resolving wired/wireless network infrastructure issues with multiple components including: printers, routers, personal computers, servers, and switches.• Setting up wired/wireless network and providing network connection security• Installation of software.• Installation/upgrade/repair/diagnosis of hardware on personal computers and laptops.• Setting up entertainment systems with multiple elements including: television, gaming system, audio receiver, speakers (wired/wireless), and DVD/Blu-ray Players by connecting the components together and connecting applicable components to the clientele’s wireless network.• Providing walk-through's to Elderly individuals on use of mobile devices and application purposes.

With a shift in positions, Main responsibilities have been more developer focused in order to be able to apply the Full-Stack approach to push development of in house applications further by prioritizing application development and provide assistance to the System admin with any Application related support along with easing the traffic of any other technical related support that may be overloading the System Admin throughout the work week.

Work alongside with the IT department and the IT Director here at our Corporate office located in downtown Chicago.I work hands-on with the multiple in-house applications that our members use across the country at our various locations, maintaining, making changes, and updating when needed. We also provide release notes, backup plans, and giving proper notice before releases to minimize conflicts.I use a handful of different applications including Microsoft applications daily, such as Visual Studio 2013/2010/Online, SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server 2008 R2, SQL Report Builder 3.0, Active Directory, SharePoint 2010, Internet Information Services(IIS), VmWare VCenter Server, and more. The coding languages I am using are primarily T-SQL, C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Basic. I also fulfill the various in-house IT and Network related issues across the nation a daily basis.

• Prepare and cook meals to be served to clientele while following predetermined protocols.• Use leadership skills with teams of employees to provide excellent customer service to clientele.• Maintain clean work area, complete tasks as assigned by the shift manager such as general maintenance of facility and maintenance/service/repair of multiple machines including: pressure cookers, deep fryers, ovens, and hotboxes.

• Design floor layout using new merchandise using excellent customer service techniques including listening & conflict resolution to increase customer satisfaction.• Solid money handling skills using cash register.

• Maintain facility clean and repaint/plaster any area that may look damaged. • Repair or replace any damaged items that are held in the Parish.
