Responsible for the Application of the LEAN Methodology to the Gas/Steam Turbine Maintenance in LatinAmerica. Responsible for the Region Productivity numbers and for follow up of the Planning/Execution and Closeout of the High Profile Region Outages.

Responsible for the Country P&L ( Mexico ) . Responsible for providing high quality gas/steam turbine maintenance services to 12 Private Sector Power Plants & 10 on the Public Sector Power Plants in Mexico. A Staff of more than 25 Field Engineers , along with Admin Staff to run the Office were under my responsibility.

Responsible for completing the Planning/Execution and Closeout of Gas Turbine Outage Maintenance Projects. Got Certified as a GE Project Manager.As the Project Manager, I would start Gas Turbine Outage Projects from zero, defining scopes with customers, planning on replacement or new parts, schedules, resources, logistics, costs, gas turbine consumables, customer responsibilities. Execution of the Outage leading the team efforts and controlling outage key metrics. Closing the outages, evaluate results, costs , lessons learned and best practices. Communicate and present results of each Executed Outage to Executive Management.

Worked as a Field Engineer, gaining all technical experience that in the future would serve me to get more responsibility. Job assignments, whether Maintenance or Installation of Gas Turbines were held all over the world and all type of Frame Sizes. My Gas Turbine Technical Experience includes : GE ( Frame 5, 6B, 7B, 7EA, Steam D11, 7FA, 9FA , 9E ) I had the opportunity to work on all kind of sites like : Netherlands, USA, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Japan, Mexico, Trinity & Tobago, Bahamas, Jamaica, Venezuela, Guatemala, etcType of Work performed : Gas Turbine Combustion Inspections, Hot Gas Paths, Major Inspections and Installations. 8 Years spent in the Field gaining Technical Experience , dealing with tough customers and learning what customers like, from an Gas Turbine OEM.
