As Internal Marketing Coordinator, I'm in charge of upkeeping Hard Rock Hotel's internal branding as well as guest communication. One of my achievements during the 2022 season was increasing conversion rates significantly for several products, brands and services in the hotel. Among my duties, I coordinate marketing projects among departments, gather internal data seeking for areas of opportunity, create graphic content, update content online and offline and also participate in specific projects.

I started working at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza as a Front Desk Assistant Agent during the 2021 season and was promoted to Front Desk Agent for the 2022 season. I started as a telephone operator helper where I learned much about the hotel's workflows, information and more. Soon after, I joined my colleagues in the Front Office to continue learning even more. My good performance granted me a permanent seasonal contract.

I was as an freelance Product Owner at Voiash.Travel where we created an MVP for a Caribbean-specialized travel agency project and launched in less than two weeks by following lean startup methodologies. We've created an in-depth marketing plan for the first months of operation. Unfortunately, despite a solid launch, the project has been put on hold due to unforseen external circumstances.

I planned, managed and executed strategic projects in the Digitalization Project at Palladium Hotel Group, including a brand-new web app (the Portal), Interactive TVs and several other touchpoints and collaterals within hotels.
