Over the last 20 years I have been working in Mexico and Western Europe delivering IT infrastructure projects with very diverse scopes, budgets, available resources and customer constraints, both as Head of Operations of a major IT integration firm in France and as an Independent Consultant in Luxembourg and Mexico. The industry sectors in which I have worked include but are not limited to banking, retail distribution, telecommunications, health services, security services, steel manufacturing and government institutions. My major area of expertise lies in the ability to translate customer business requirements into concrete project/program endeavors and solutions.I also have an extensive previous experience working in Mexico for various international companies in the IT sector and hold an Executive MBA from one the top 10 schools in the World. This provides me with a holistic understanding of business processes and value creation for all stakeholders from the IT standpoint.
