 Built and maintained enterprise web applications that replace manual, paper-based, processes for test takers with accommodations and the supervisors that work on test day. Using .NET and Oracle back-end. Designed architecture, and developed, for company’s first Android project using MVC, allowing components to be decoupled, lowering risk when implementing new features. Integrating robust unit tests that are run on the CI server giving instant feedback, which helped accelerate the software development process. Go-to build engineer: implemented deployment process and versioning scheme, which allowed us to effectively rollback to previous versions of our applications, for demonstrations and deployments. Resident Android and iOS expert, keeping up-to date with tech related news, software updates, new APIs, and the software development community, bringing those things back to the team for consideration. Pioneered Agile methodologies using Scrum: worked in cross-departmental team, contributed to sprint retrospectives, constantly analyzing process improvement.

 Primarily responsible for the support of law schools throughout their admissions cycle by creating their electronic applications using in-house software, and migrating applicant data from those applications to law school database(s). Worked with system administrators at various law schools to implement an automated data extraction utility using in-house API client. Created several utilities in Python to automate time-consuming processes, was able to multiply the number of law school applications I could deliver by a factor of at least 10. Lead communication and technical liaison between LSAC and Puerto Rican law schools.

 Provided tier 1 & 2 phone and email support to approximately 350 internal and over 15,000 external customers. Password recovery, hardware/software malfunctions. Expedited the process of identifying production issues and worked with multidisciplinary teams from QA, PM, and DEV. Participated in QA testing of customer facing web changes. Kept up to date our hardware and software purchase list using SharePoint. Priority 1 technician when dealing with Spanish-speaking customers.
