I help companies assess and correct administrative issues and faults, improving processes and adding controls that produce value. I have over 20 years of international experience in three sectors including broadcasting, hospitality, and procurement and logistics. I started my career working for a newly acquired broadcasting network with the main task of restructuring the processes in order to create a leaner operation that adjusted to the shareholder’s needs, managing approximately $30m in film contracts. Three years later, I was selected to manage all financial aspects of another recently launched TV network in which I created the finance department and led the financial team from scratch. In 2002, I moved to the US and led, during six years, the operation of Grand Bay Club at Key Biscayne, FL as its President. During the last 12 years, and after successfully negotiating and closing a multi-million dollar deal, I started working with a long-standing Latin American airport equipment operation company. I have streamlined processes and negotiated deals with multi-modal logistics networks, as well as, with suppliers for consistent discount factors that have benefited both the company and the end-user.
