CurrentAs Deputy-Leader for EY’s US Financial Services Business Transformation practice, I help lead a team of nearly 900 people who enable companies to realize their strategies through business transformation in the Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Private Equity, and Wealth & Asset Management sectors. Our people bring deep domain expertise, and skills in transformation management, customer and front office excellence, process excellence, and profit improvement. Following are representative programs where Hector led the transformation management office:Helped a Fortune 100 financial services company improve their enterprise transformation management office (eTMO) to optimize their strategic portfolio decisions, improve governance and decision making for top tier projects, and increase the capability of transformation leaders.$65M program transforming mortgage lending operations, including systems integration and organizational change management.$150M program with 350 EY people in 40 countries conducting regulatory mapping of thousands of regulations with over 40,000 controls, involving regional PMOs in London, Hong Kong, Mexico City, and New York$50M global financial crime controls program in 50 countries.$100M, 550 person global IT program in a healthcare company supervising 30 project managers and a $30M technology program for an insurance company involving individual Life and P&C.Assessment of a $1B operations improvement strategy implementation for a Wealth and Asset Management company$75M transformation of a retail bank involving most business and operations functions and a $50M Loan Origination System conversion.$80M+ claims transformation program impacting 80,000 users.
