I am a seasoned management consulting executive with experience in designing and successfully executing large, complex, and global strategic transformation and regulatory remediation programs. My main area of expertise is governance and program management for complex programs, Enterprise Change Management, and Enterprise Transformation Management. I'm the deputy leader for EY’s US Financial Services Business Transformation practice, overseeing nearly 900 people supporting companies in the Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Private Equity, and Wealth & Asset Management sectors. I’m also the Financial Services leader for Tampa, covering the west coast of Florida. In this role I work closely with our Consulting, Tax, Assurance, and Strategy & Transactions teams to ensure we are bringing our financial services clients insights and excellent capabilities.I have always focused on creating high performing teams, developing future leaders, and creating a diverse and inclusive environment. I am the leader of the Latino Professional Network for FSO Consulting, a member of America’s Latino Professional Network’s leadership team, and a member of EY America’s DE&I Professional Networks Council. I served as the executive sponsor of EY's CORE methodology, contributed to EY's Agile Transformation Method, and was part of the Global Steering Committee overseeing the implementation of EY’s project management methods, tools, and training. I was also the program manager for EY’s expansion of financial services consulting in Latin America and the interim Financial Services COO in Brazil. Prior to EY, I held various executive roles in strategy and portfolio management, application development, technology infrastructure, offshore outsourcing, data management, and quality. I also served as a US Air Force Captain, where I performed as the Executive Officer (chief of staff) to two Major General Officers.I am married, we have four adult children, and enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking, and I'm very active teaching at church.
