Led a Technical team of 4-5 Nokia certified Integrators in expanding T-Mobile extended range (low-band) 5G coverage utilizing Nokia’s AirScale Radio Ultra Capacity 5G layer with 2.5GHz Massive MIMO platform technology that involves 1,076 sites with a budget of $37.9M.• Oversaw the network equipment deployment problem solving/ troubleshooting encountered by the Service Providers.• Performed site alarms clearing and worked with Nokia Fault Management Team in trouble shooting open trouble ticket for closure and resolution in relation to site acceptances.• Coordinated with Nokia Integration Team for any integration issues during integration for site to on-air and alarm free.• Conducted pre-construction walk with GC and Customer to validate that RFDS and CD are correct.• Provided construction management for installation of new cell sites and modification of existing sites.• Oversaw managing all integration activities and ensuring that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in line with the project goals and objectives.• Led market level project deployment activities including Installation and Integration.• Ensured that the agreed implementation schedules and guidelines are followed and enforced.• Provided regular daily/weekly/monthly progress data.• Ensured to maintain proper inventory records for all the equipment deployment.• Oversaw maintaining all project milestone data in the tool of record.

- Managed the initial deployment of 500+ LTE sites collocated and RF shared with existing 2100 Mhz 3G NodeB.- Managed a multi-million modernization project with services worth $8M and improved project gross margin to plus 12% and ahead of schedule. Deployment works involved 2000+ ex-Nokia BTS , 500+ ex-Ericsson BTS and 100+ new build collocated sites with scope ranging from site survey, equipment removal & installation, antenna changeout and power upgrade. - Developed and proposed project plans, define project scope & tasks, resource requirements and budgets for approval.- Managed change, escalate issues, and take an active role in getting decisions made in a timely manner.- Managed customer relationship and maintain rapport with key customer account decision makers and influencers. - Lead Customer and Internal project meetings involving cross-functional teams to review project status.Communicate status reports to the Account leadership Team including risk assessments and mitigation plans.- Supported Sales Account team during RFQ and RFP tendering activities.- Provided Project Management support in other NSN projects in ASIA PACIFIC region ( Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore).
