I served as a forward-deployed Field Service Representative (FSR) for the Specialized Pre-deployment & Operational Tracker system (SPOT) and the Joint Asset Movement & Management System (JAMMS) under the US Army Headquarters, Army Materiel Command (HQAMC) G3 Engineering Support. I employed analytical methods for ongoing assessment of performance. I also performed realistic cost and budgeting estimating and analysis while working to improved SPOT/JAMMS performance in austere environments. This also included providing recommendations for hardware/software upgrades through our partners for future versions and releases, identified innovations as well as efficiencies to provide to developers as well as ensuring contractor visibility and accountability as well as situational knowledge by promoting SPOT and JAMMS throughout the Central Command (CENTCOM) Arena, and prepared accurate Contractor on the Battlefield (COB) Accountability Solutions Reporting (CASR). Conducted help-desk forward support, provided multi-party technical expertise and knowledge, provided RSO&I support and technological insight for worldwide personnel under US Army Reception, Staging Onward Movement and Integration (RSO&I) Technical Assistance Support Contract Description. Applied Human Resources skills and demonstrated successes including training for leadership and end-users regarding operations. Based on the needs of the host nation and DLEAs, filled in Requests for Information (RFIs) by providing or facilitating access to aerial imagery, target packages, equipment, or special training.
