My motto is to lead by example and have sought to be a bridge between partners throughout my career, most notably when I:• Championed our customer satisfaction by achieving KPIs through improved accuracy in forecasting, streamlining communications with logistics support, and engaging more consistently with our clients• Maintained efficiencies and kept costs in line with our executive strategy while our distribution expanded and sales grew• Implemented a new sales and operations process with our colleagues in Mexico by providing training and customer consultations, which helped to achieve increased sales initiatives• Engaged directly with consumers via experiential marketing events as part of the team’s strategy to gain better insight for developing new, more targeted product lines.I very much admire musicians and their ability to connect with an audience and create special moments in people’s lives.
