• Working directly with Director of Security Service in reviewing, analyzing, and classifying three shifts 24 hours cycle incident reports.• Responsible for classifying and assigning progress status to incident reports and follow through incident reports resolution progress cycle. • Safety and Risk Management Department Liaison for claims, and corporate communication.• Assist shift managers in day-to-day operation, relating to employee functional, and procedural training.• Work with Shift leadership (shift Managers, Supervisors, and Dual-rate Officers) to ensure adherence to organization policies and procedure as relate to Security Service ethical mandates.• Organization’s Safety and Risk agent; responsible for communicating and advising internal departments on regulatory safety guidelines and mitigating risk for organization

• Responsible for coordinating and executing security service operational protocol for assigned shift. o Ensure all areas of property were in constant patrol (Interne and external). o Conduct Gaming control Function within Gaming Control compliance. o Control Management of access within restricted areas. o Coordinate and monitor security team daily shift deployment strategy. • Manage daily performance of a team of 5 to 7 security officers.• Document and perform initial investigation for all incidents that occurred during assign shift.• Assist Director of Security Service with Safety and Risk Management Functions.
