Bluebox is the largest Corporate Venturing firm in Latin America. I am responsible for leading the design of innovation strategies for corporations, overseeing the structuring and execution of pilots/experiments, and managing the area of new business, which includes the formation of investment funds and startups. Some achievements include:i) Structuring a Corporate Venture Capital fund for one of Mexico's largest business groups.ii) Structuring experiments and business cases for several multinational companies, resulting in new revenues or efficiencies.iii) Restructuring of innovation processes and methodologies with a focus on biotech, nanotech, and fintech, resulting in new revenues or efficiencies for one of the largest hygiene companies in the world.

TOJOY is an investment tech fund and one of the largest business accelerators in China. Main achievements:i) Evaluation of 11 investment & internationalization projects in Latin American companies.ii) Negotiation and signing of the investment and internationalization agreement with said Latin American companies.iii) Design & execution of the internationalization strategy to LATAM of 2 Chinese companies.

Clari5 is one of the leading staturps in financial cybersecurity worldwide. Main achievement:i) Design and execution of the internationalization strategy to Mexico resulting in the sale of the product to two of the main banks in the country.ii) Commercial introduction of Clari5 USA's VP with commercial and cybersecurity directors of 8 leading banks in Mexico.

I had the opportunity to help open a new area within the institution dedicated to supporting the development of the fintech ecosystem and venture capital funds in Mexico. i) Deepening of ProMexico's involvement in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.ii) Obtaining financial support and coordinating business meetings in other countries for Mexican startups. iii) Developing of research documents on opportunities and trends in the fintech and VC funds industry.iv) Speaker on how SMEs can use fintech services to streamline their operations and increase their digitization.

Research on the application of financial technology for the development of marginalized sectors resulting in the opening of an internal area to support the fintech sector in Mexico.
