• Manage enterprise level programs within the SDKs and Tools organization using data driven analysis to partner with AWS service teams on API release management, API modeling, and build system operational excellence.• Leading projects within the team, and outside of the team, for the purpose of adding additional features to the API release platform and build system. • Helped to implement the first instance of our new AI/ML product for the stakeholder community in the Global Digital Solutions Center of Excellence.• Established program structure around intake and demand management in order to help push for accountability, action items and risk items between the vendor and Verizon with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, Tableau Server, and G-Suite, among other tools.• Part of the team of leads working directly on the Business Automation Platform Implementation & upgrade alongside our vendor's product engineers to deploy a solution that will work for the security, legal and platform needs of Verizon. • Managing Cloud Financials in order to maintain a proper cloud budget and ensure costs are efficient via optimization, best practices and proper planning around future demand.

• Serving as the Program Manager on the Enterprise Architecture team in the Corporate Systems Group, helping to facilitate the communication and strategy around multiple areas of enterprise architecture from a technology, data and even functional perspective. • Established an Architecture Review Board and cultivated relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and other business departments like Accounting, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Tax, and Real Estate to further augment the partnership that drives how we reach solutions. • Enterprise level Program Management responsibilities include vendor demonstrations, RFI/RFP requests, architecture issue resolution, business analysis, task management, and being a delivery lead among other responsibilities.

• Orchestrated team rebrand from Communications and Training to Solutions Management to relaunch and reflect the work performed by the team. • Piloted a Jira framework to ensure accurate and consistent reporting throughout the organization while growing the usage of available tools.• Developer of the customized and tailored Confluence user experience deployed organization-wide (from ~300 to ~1200 users), providing a branded content management space for the current organization.• Key member of the proliferation effort to work with the organization to adapt to agile tools and methodologies, including tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, G-Suite, etc. This includes scaling all solutions as the organization continually grows. • Partnered with the Verizon Learning and Development organization to achieve standardization of course material for all content created or maintained by team members in current organization, including the decommissioning of outdated materials and assistance in the best method and medium in which to modernize their course.• Served as the Scrum Master and Solution Lead on the Synapse project, a project introducing Business Intelligence dashboards in a centralized platform. • Sole developer for all visualizations within the CFO Portfolio, a dashboard with direct visibility to the CFO maintaining the budget for the entirety of the Finance organization, including formula logic, charts, and more within Tableau.• Synchronize regularly with an enterprise Verizon team to ensure maximum visibility of the organization's brand throughout all digital efforts, including Confluence, Verizon's Intranet, Service Now, and across Verizon as a whole.• Regularly assess tools that are currently being utilized and new tools being implemented by Verizon in order to ensure the best is being offered and optimized to the organization and if they can be customized to fit the working methods within the greater organization.

• SAP Company Code custodian for new Mergers and Acquisitions that needed to be implemented, in some form, into the SAP ERP System.• Responsible for SAP table administration across the ECC and SRM modules in SAP, such as handling table relationships, valid values, and coordinating large organizational changes in the system.• Co-owner of Delegation of Authority (DOA) functions within the proprietary ERP portal which required complete familiarization with internal policies surrounding the role within the organization as well as gatekeeper responsibility for material groups and policy enforcement.• Served as Scrum Master on Finance Systems Operation Scrum team.• Managed the ERP Portal Service Now Help Desk and played a critical role in bringing the outsourced team in house, leveraging ITIL practices and knowledge.Achievements• Responsible for major release testing and execution of team testing scripts for the major release around R7 (SAP Upgrade), with coordination across all of the organization. As the lead of this effort, it finished ahead of schedule and mitigated personally identified risk factors with month-end close.• Rebuilt all SAP Company code process, including business process maps, desktop procedures, RACI information, and all from the ground up in order to modernize pre-existing efforts and standardize an approach over a decade old. Changed the shell company development time to 2 weeks from months.• Successfully launched a business analytics product, named Synapse, within Verizon that presents data transparently through a front end user interface. Presented the product to FSG Directors and the FSG Vice President that is now being rolled out across the Finance Systems Group.

• Spearheaded the SharePoint Administration team that helped to develop, flesh out, and steer the direction of the SharePoint initiative including, but not limited to, the overall project of unifying the entire department under one site. This was an evolution of the work that was done as a TA.• Troubleshoot SAP document creation issues during month end close activities, reversal problems, VBA coding issues and identify areas of improvement for them.• Served as a key member of the Segmentation CAT Form Improvement project as well as a project manager for the project.• Piloting member of the Jira initiative within the FSG space to introduce and assist the software to other interested parties prior to full organization adaptation.• Consulted with the FSG Help Desk team to establish the foundation (e.g. operational rules, requirements, and other miscellaneous contributions) of what has ultimately become the departments ticketing tool for Finance System Support.Achievement• Lead developer of the Shield Processing Engine (SPE), a bulk data processing tool that enabled the team to reduce processing run time from 36+ hours to 1, reducing processing time and increasing automation of the process overall. This new tool modernized a tool that had been used for almost a decade without an update and was highly inefficient. Additionally, the logic developed for this is now part of Verizon system code. • Earned a Verizon Spotlight award for the work I did on SPE from our Vice President of the Systems Group.

• Traveled to Alpharetta, Georgia as part of a transformation team that acquired the knowledge needed to execute, and ultimately improve, functions being carried out in other areas of the company for Finance. Adopted and learned Desktop Procedures (DTP) for all Corporate Finance systems including Mainframe, SAP, PeopleSoft, Access, various proprietary billing systems, custom in-house applications and other miscellaneous systems.• Challenged self to redesign, streamline, or decommission processes in order to create a more efficient and effective systems department.• Solution Lead that assisted in establishing a SharePoint platform for delivery of critical business processes and streamlined workflows. Utilizing this for processes such as product mapping and general workflow approval process.• Primary VBA developer on the ERP Systems team that decommissioned several deprecated databases in order to improve turnaround time of month-end functions such as RADE, NPD, RIBS journal tables and the Intercompany Allocations process within PeopleSoft.• Functioned as SAP Close Coordinator for Month End Close functions, including:Hosting the monthly call for the Finance organization and troubleshooting/directing inquiries.Working directly with Controlling and Reporting Director to streamline the consolidation process and bring transparency to the overall effort.Automated a SOX control through collaboration with IT and eliminated a manual process.Achievement• Improved a critical billing data entry process, a CPM to HFM Close process, a billing error correction process, a customer financial data process and helped to streamline the SAP Support inquiries. This was all done from a state of zero experience or prior knowledge of all of the above systems.
