At McKinsey, I've had the opportunity to lead diverse projects in areas such as Revenue Growth Management, Go-To-Market (GTM), Strategy, and Procurement. My work has taken me across Mexico, the USA, Colombia, and Guatemala, primarily focusing on on-the-ground implementation for our clients. I've also consulted for early-stage startups as part of McKinsey's FUEL initiative. On the side, I helped launch our Social Impact Group, which offers pro-bono consulting in the region.

Led cross-functional team of 20+ during the implementation of supply chain improvement initiative to optimize the distribution of industrial gases at Nemak’s largest manufacturing site, yielding over US$4mm in savings for the company.Headed purchasing sub-categories across the direct materials and manufacturing services groups, being accountable for negotiation, forecasting, and data analysis activities, and for the design and implementation of cost-saving initiatives to meet North American region’s targets.

Restructured Nemak’s procurement governance process by designing automatized cost reports and project tools to standardize practices across regions and by implementing bi-weekly regional reviews to track the initiative’s progress and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.

Fundraised US$250,000+ for an academic-commercial mission in Japan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, and India with 20+ participating companies. Worked with the Mexican Secretary of Foreign Relations and four Ambassadors to plan agenda and work out logistics.

- Remodeling and inauguration of the SAIIS student’s dorms to sponsor foreign students with their accommodations costs.- The XXIV Industrial Congress had over 1,000 participants, the highest attendance in over a decade, with the participation of national and international speakers.-Successful Organization of an International Student Trip to Singapore-Malaysia and a National Student Trip to Leon-Guanajuato with the participation of worldwide companies such as Nissan, Volkswagen, DHL, Rolls Royce, etc.-Recognitions in behalf of the Tecnológico de Monterrey University’s Board as “Most active student association”, “Student life transformative group” and “Best Event (Industrial Congress)” on year 2017.

Responsible for conducting welcoming sessions for future students, also gave different presentations around the country about his own academic & extracurricular experiences in the university.
