With each new CPU architecture release/generation, I worked worked closely with multiple groups in the design process, tuning for system performance and energy efficiency to provide feedback to influence features and design.I strategized the most effective approach to exceed our quota/goals, internal and external to compete against other OEM's products, using a unique approach dependent upon the system architecture. I have a proven track-record of leadership benchmark results, highlighted as world-records on Intel and AMD leaderboards. Luckily, I came on board when the team was offered to acquire 50+ racks full of new server, networking and hardware equipment, due to the fact that another team was undergoing a major infrastructure redesign. We capitalized on this opportunity by revamping the inventory system, tracking hundreds of infrastructure units, recycling, and planning for a new inventory system.The existing Sharepoint system was shown to be outdated, in both design and data, so this provided us the opportunity to re-enter the entire 125+ racks full of hardware with a fresh start, while harnessing newer networking capabilities to maximize availability, minimize downtime, and increase productivity for remote engineers.
