- Responsible of assuring the successful execution of the company’s business mission through development and deployment of the company’s web-based business, leading implementation of web applications, handling infrastructure and planning for risk and growth.- ISO 27001 (information security) ISMS administrator and project leader. Obtained the certification in 2008 and maintained for 4 consecutive years (last re-assessment and certification done in May 2012). Besides coordinating the ISMS, I developed several plans and procedures (e.g. IT, Risk Management, Business and Disaster Recovery, Incident Management, Audit Management and Third Party Delivery Management). The users had to watch at least 90% of the videos to obtain the benefits from the sponsors, including weekly raffles. Included Carbon Offset and gift card store.

- Project Leader and developer of the ITPM Suite applications. Java based software applications (3-tier) that are used with different databases (mainly Oracle, SQL Server and DB2). The suite is used within the Mexican Federal Government for strategic planning in the IT organizations nationwide. IBM Australia and Pemex use one of the suite applications for IT Projects quantification.- Responsible of the changes and improvements to the architecture used in these applications.- “WOW Award 2002” winner. Best employee recognition given every other year.- Analysis, development and implementation of the strategic planning tool of the Mexican Federal Government, using Java (JSPs, Servlets, XML and Oracle).- Analysis, development and implementation of a tool for e-Business opportunities identification for IBM used worldwide (e-Mining Tool).
