I combine business leadership and technical marketing expertise to drive results for partners in the digital space. In my role today, I focus on bringing automated and data-informed technology to our various media buying efforts. I specialize in building digital marketing programs from the ground up, across multiple PM channels (SEM, Programmatic Display, Paid Social, and Online Video) and marketing goals (direct-response, mid-funnel, and awareness). I find purpose in my work from teaching and mentoring future marketers, to push the industry forward with a standard of excellence.

Senior Display Associate:Built Red Ventures' first full-service Display & Video media buying department, responsible for $90MM+ in annual media spend. This included hiring and training a team of 17 media analysts to support one of the largest digital brands in the world across 12 services lines-of-business. I was also responsible for building technology & data-infrastructure to support Ad Ops, Media Activation, and Analytics across self-service programmatic and digital video. Senior Marketing Lead: In this role, I served as lead across four digital subscription businesses, spanning key categories such as music, podcasts, news, and books. My team of roughly 8 engaged in media planning and activation for both awareness and direct-response media, responsible for $60MM+ in annual media spend. Senior Lead - Marketing Technology: With a focus on user-privacy and operating in a cookie-less/IDFA-free world, I led major technological migrations amidst Apple's App-Tracking-Transparency updates. This included building a user-anonymous and Apple-compliant attribution and media-reporting platform. Additionally, my team worked to develop fully contextual marketing technology to drive performance KPIs in the in-app space.

Charlotte, North Carolina Area

Paid Media lead, driving strategy and execution of multi-million dollar UA campaigns. Focused on the programmatic Display & Video space, with cross-functional experience in SEM, Paid Social, and data analytics. Leveraged skills as an influential communicator in a role that entailed daily partner interaction. This involved delivering presentations, conveying strategy, and work with partners to solve highly complex business issues.

I produced and published coverage of UNC-Chapel Hill athletics, further honing my communication skills. Additionally, I crafted in-depth enterprise articles connecting business and sports. These articles required long-term research and investigation, as well as constant communication with coaches, players, and members of the UNC Department of Athletics. Lastly, I also wrote in-depth and creative feature articles as a senior writer, helping the Daily Tar Heel's audience further connect with UNC athletes and coaches.

As a staff writer for both the University Desk and Sports Desk, I researched relevant topics and conducted interviews to produce coverage surrounding the UNC-Chapel Hill. Additionally, I worked to develop my skills in written and interpersonal communication by publishing two articles each week.

Research Triangle Park, North Carolina

During my time as a Lenovo Tech World intern, I worked with both the World-Wide Social Media team and the Lenovo Public Relations team in preparation for Lenovo Tech World, the company's largest event of the year. As a member of the Social Media team, I worked to plan, create, and publish content to Lenovo's multiple global social media platforms. Utilizing strategic social media marketing, we utilized social media to drive engagement and excitement for Lenovo Tech world. Through the use of various social media platforms, I work to increase Lenovo's following and generate buzz around Lenovo Tech World and the technology that will be introduced on June 9th. With the Public Relations team, I worked with various agencies and companies to utilize media to convey various messages to Lenovo's audience. In addition, I gained a deep insight on Lenovo and the technology industry by monitoring and analyzing news in the industry daily — later synthesizing it and communicating important information to various Lenovo officials. Lastly I also worked to enhance and measure the media experience leading up to and during Lenovo Tech World.

During my time with United Muslim Relief, I worked cross-functionally with other Chairman to organize our chapter's efforts for alleviating global poverty and positively impacting the Triangle community. As a chairman, I focused my efforts in addressing the needs of local refugees — providing material, educational, and emotional support for local refugees in need. In this position, I engaged in end-to-end project planning. From developing marketing strategies to facilitating day-of operations, I utilized my autonomy to facilitate service projects for the hundreds of UMR volunteers in our area. Additionally, I coordinated with United Muslim Relief - National to plan events, which assisted those in need on an international scale. In a leadership role with United Muslim Relief, I developed a vast array of skills in my position. Most notably, I honed my leadership, communication, and end-to-end event-planning skills.

As an intern with Smart Courier, I worked daily with the Executives and Managers to learn more about market analysis and strategy. In a highly competitive market, I used my experience to gain a deeper understanding of the necessary steps to survive and thrive in a market.Additionally, I worked to improve internal communication — between drivers, employees, and managers alike — especially pertaining to safety regulations in the courier business. In my time as an intern with Smart Courier, I gained high-level exposure in a nationally-functioning organization. Through my projects and daily experiences, I learned about market and operations strategy.
