Duties & Responsibilities: Includes Creation of Projects, Templates/WBS, Project Planning, Budgeting & Releasing, Project Implementation, Project Completion, Finance & Controlling, Material Management, Production Planning, Sales & Distribution and Plant Maintenance Etc. Practical Skills acquired: Creating the project with different trades of WBS, networks and activities. Budgeting with estimation department to check each item and its profit. Planning the activities with their cost breakdown and allocating budget at network level in each WBS to ensure proper control. To plan the costs and revenue in the project system as per the financial planning requirements. Separate cost activities will be created to maintain financial postings. Coordinating with supply chain and store to manage material functions occurring in project lifecycle. Make sure to perform production planning activities such as material requirement planning MRP, Purchase Requisition, Capacity Planning, Plant Maintenance, and other planning tasks in project lifecycle. Make sure to assign any object currency at all levels like Project Definition, WBS, Network header and Network activities in project systems. Allocating the working hours of each employee as an internal activity and loading actual cost against them. Coordinating with Project Managers and update the staff and equipment deployment, schedule and advises on cost impact of such revisions. Maintain records of services and resources provided to subcontractors and calculates costs to back charged. Ensure these costs are recovered from subcontractors as per agreement. Always coordinating and managing with finance and supply chain department for SAP control. Closing the supplier invoices against delivery notes by creating Goods Receipt in SAP system once the material is delivered on site as per the specification requested in Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders. Make sure that once the material is received, it should be inspected by QC department. After QC approval material will be transferred to unrestricted from quality. Materials will be issued as per site requirement in SAP by using its reservation and make sure inventory records will be maintained without failure. Manage all the activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements, planning, inventory control, ware housing or receiving.
