Responsible for the backstage area at Gustaf Adolfs torg, the festival’s largest stage. The assignment included professionally managing artists and their management, coordinating food and beverage deliveries and ensuring that the merch sell worked out well. Additionally, I kept a dialogue with the stage manager and security manager by the scene and backstage area to ensure everything ran smoothly. Staff responsibility in the backstage area, e.g. to distribute tasks in the team and to guide coworkers when needed. We were a team of 4-6 employees.

Responsible for content creation internally and externally, including creating graphic content and engaging text for digital and social media platforms.
