Developed service offerings and strategies for mid- to large-sized NGO's and public agencies, such as Arbetsförmedlingen and Lantmäteriet through a service design process based on design thinking, briefly described below:Research:In depth-interviews, observations, usability testing and workshops. Both internal and external.Analyse:Analysing and clustering insights from research to identify main pain and gain points, needs and behaviours. Defining customer journey maps and service blueprints as well as needs- and behaviour segmentation.Innovate:Through various ideation methods and workshops defining new solutions and services, based on the insights from research.Conceptualise:Prototypes and trigger materials to concretise ideas and solutions. These ideas and concepts were then tested, iterated and refined through new interactions with customers and internal personell. This includes both digital and non-digital concepts, depending on the needs and the particular service.
