Promoted to leading the Digital Team as we grew to provide the entire output of the Orchestra throughout the pandemic. We grew from a team of two at the start of the lockdown to eight (including freelancers and interns) by end of the Spring 2021 Digital Season.In addition to managing the team and our timelines, and remaining the main Recording Engineer, I.

Direct employment as the RSNO's in-house recording engineer. This is the audio half of the Orchestra's newly formed Digital Team, aspiring to producing compelling audio-visual capture of the Orchestra's performances.

Started limited company for audio consultancy and system integration.Projects have included an archive audio streaming server, Audio over IP backup recorder, glue-logic boxes and system integration for multi-vendor PTZ multi-cam capture rig.

• interact with Plant, Regional, and C-level Quality personnel regarding custom reporting, problem resolution, and route cause analysis
• respond to fast-response containments, quarantining suspect stock to protect production, writing robust inspection procedures, and reporting progress and results to host site and global suppliers to inform.
