-Aid and help process certifications for scholastic Veteran Affair benefits. Including: Veterans, Spouses and Dependants.

•Create a safe and secure environment for all guests and colleagues. •Provide leadership guidance and support to all colleagues within the Security Department. •Develop, implement and deliver training programs for all employees on Fire, Life, Health, Safety, and Security. •Responsible for the fire life safety policies and procedures as legislated by the local fire department rules and regulations. •Review and follow-up on all incident, loss and accident reports. •Keep colleagues current in emergency procedure preparedness. •Protection of hotel assets.•Maintain liaison with local law enforcement agencies.•Set example for all colleagues to emulate by complying with all hotel policies and procedures. •Ensure guest satisfaction in regards to Safety and Security of the hotel. •Maintain Safety and Security related Business Continuity Plans. •Direct all security related systems – CCTV, Radio, Key Card System, Fire Panel, etc.•Understands and implements Security related SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), property rounds and inspections.
