The Academy was in the second of a three-phase comprehensive campaign.- Managed a pool of 200 prospects, oversaw strategic donor management and pipeline process- Conducted ten face-to-face meetings per month with campaign prospects and donors- Managed all aspects of four regional President’s Advisory Councils, from recruitment to management of members, to regular communications, to planning and executing annual meetings for each chapter- Planned and executed campaign cultivation events, managed two reunion classes per year- Successfully cultivated and solicited several campaign pledges and gifts at the six-figure level

Designed and implemented all development activities for a public charter school of 1,000 students in grades 5-12 on two campuses in Center City Philadelphia. Overall annual budget: $10M. Prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, event planning and management, grant-writing, and all associated administrative functions.- Executed all fundraising and communications activities as the school’s first dedicated development professional - Increased annual fundraising five-fold in the first year on staff through strategic engagement - Identified, cultivated and secured a major gift of $250,000, with a challenge match of $250,000 in the first year on staff, which led to the development of a major gifts program- Managed annual fundraising event, raising over $100,000 in 2013 and over $150,000 in 2014- Secured start-up grant of $100,000 and exceeded associated challenge match of $300,000 between April and September, 2014, for the school’s expansion to Delaware in fall 2015

Solely responsible for all fundraising, communication and public relations activities, including solicitations, acknowledgements, newsletters, and publicity. Responsible for coordination of Library special events.

Coordinated two concurrent graduate MBA Class Gift Campaigns each year, for full-time MBA candidates and the Executive MBA program, achieving an unprecedented 100% participation rate in the Executive MBA program and over $1.2M raised in the combined campaigns in 2005. Reunion fundraising and event planning for 5- and 10-year MBA graduate reunions, including the piloting of a segmented marketing and social media approach to increased attendance and fundraising.

Restructured church school and youth programs, coordinated, recruited and trained volunteer leadership staff, created and implemented an innovative transition plan from one youth group model to another and increased attendance for all age groups, bringing new families to the parish.
