• Created a platform used for the communication between customers and customer service agents via a chat component which is currently used in production. ReactJS was used to develop the Frontend and NodeJS for the backend. MySQL served as a database in order to persist the messages and the information regarding the users and the service agents.• Currently working on another platform that encapsulates several cockpits in order to support customer service agents during their day to day activities such as resolving open incidents and displaying visual representations of possible solutions during their interactions with customers. During this project, the Frontend part was developed from scratch using ReactJS. Amazon Web Services (AWS) was additionally used in order to store documents and trees that were represented by JSON objects. Also supported with the creation of a REST API for the backend using FLASK (Python) and a class to connect the Backend with AWS.• Supported with the deployment of several cockpits on Microsoft Azure.• Actively participated in discussions regarding the implementation of new features for the product or to modify the technical implementation of existing features for better performance.

• Created unit tests in Java (JEE) for 3 different Microservices containing thousands of lines of code using the frameworks JUnit and Mockito with more than 90% code coverage according to SonarQube within the period of 3 months.
