Managed all aspects of internal global communication for Travelocity Global’s brands. A newly created position, I helped build the communication program from the ground up by launching an internal website and redesign, establishing quarterly “town hall” events with our CEO, “viral” videos focusing on Travelocity’s strategic priorities and business strategy, employee trade shows, annual festivals, networking sessions, biweekly lunches with leadership, monthly e-newsletters, and much more. Owned and revived the "Golden Gnomie"​ rewards and recognition program and participated in Travelocity's "Turkey Task Force,"​ serving as a company spokesperson for TV and Radio interviews. Acted as program owner of Travelocity's "Travel for Good" program (green travel options and quarterly voluntourism grants), partnering closely with external partners to facilitate trips; worked alongside agency partners to effectively promote the program externally.
