CurrentFounder and Director. As consultant, key activities and achievements include: Regularly engaged by intergovernmental organizations (including UN agencies, EU institutions, OECD, CARICOM, OSCE and other regional institutions), national governments and international and national civil society and private sector organizations. Contributed to law reform processes, regulatory and/or institutional reviews and legislative amendments in several countries (Bahamas, Bangladesh, Belize, Cook Islands, Lebanon, Ireland, Mauritius, Nauru, Nigeria, Saint Helena, Saudi Arabia, Solomon Islands, Tunisia, United Kingdom) and drafted Caribbean Community model legislation on food safety and fisheries trade. Engaged in bilateral, multilateral and inter-agency negotiations, processes and consultations; widely recognized for my abilities in diplomacy, negotiation and problem-solving at all levels. Author of various influential studies for the European Commission, the European Parliament and other organizations which have had direct impacts on policy discussions and outcomes.Responsible also for implementing the Centre's strategic plan and social aims. Leading on all key projects relating to capacity-building for international law in developing countries, access to legal information, law support response initiatives and in developing the Centre's publishing programme.
