Heechan Chae is from Gyeonggi-do, South Korea and completed his university majoring in Business Administration and his 21-month mandatory military service as an auxiliary police, having heard that he was a role model in his squad.He has been always drawn to meeting new people, experiencing different cultures, and that is how he yearns to have a position in international sales. He had a chance to study English in the Philippines and the United States twice, having an internship at world renowned amusement park, Walt Disney World Resort, and being an exchange student at Delaware State University. These experiences allowed him to acquire not only English capabilities, but also intercultural understanding, which are significant and fundamental factors to attain his goal.In particular, being awarded Honor student as a non-native speaker at English Composition 101 at Delaware State University, outstripping native English speaking students, impressed the professor and dean. After returning to South Korea, he challenged himself to grow more through participation in an English debate club, English essay contest, and English speech contest, finishing an English essay contest with first place and an English speech contest with an excellence award. It shows how motivated, committed, and passionate he is for what he is doing. Other than that, he is proactive, independent, energetic, optimistic, perseverant and adaptable.
