IT industry are getting complicate as many line of business (LOB) are involved in the single project and the important of reporting or solving problem are raised.I have been worked for Sun where I managed the data related to revenue, revenue forecasting, supply chain,other sales issues and played a role escalating pending issues to the HQ if the local office was not able to resolve it. Furthermore, I have been involved in establishing the order processing tool (Oracle) at Sun Korea. There were many modules in Oracle systmes from the order processing to the final delivery and I experienced to establish those modules in the local office as being a representative of Korea. The experience in the finance team as a revenue manager was another opportunity to know more details about the company and industry and it would be helpful to take an operational job.The most important factors to the operation function are how to make the business flow smoothly by analysing the data and report it in proper manner.
