I was providing individual counselling to diverse students attending University of Victoria for a variety of issues, including mood, anxiety, stress, relationship, trauma, or adjustment. I used cognitive behavioural, solution-focused, mindfulness, tri-phasic trauma, and interpersonal interventions according to each student's needs. I also planned and co-facilitated counselling groups focusing on developing social skills and connections. I offered psycho-education and appropriate on-campus/community referrals.
