About Heemanshu Kumar Sinha

I started my entrepreneurial journey just prior to Covid-19, with a couple of startups in the Food services sector: Garlic & Coffee followed by Sewan Foods. Currently I am an independent consultant in the Telecom Services Sector with Reinventors Solutions LLP. I also am associated with the Mumbai based Bakery and Patisserie chain Love Sugar & Dough and am mentoring their national business rollout. In my Professional career prior to this, I was a key part of India's Telecom growth story for over 18 years, helping shape the country's technological future since 2000. Starting with Escotel Mobile Comm Ltd, a market leader and one of the most innovative companies in the telecom space during its time, I am fortunate to have worked with some truly iconic organizations like Philips, Nokia, Sistema, Bharti Airtel, Microsoft & HCL My final Professional stint before foraying into the entrepreneurial space was as the National Business Manager at McNroe Consumer Products. All the organizations I have worked for are known for ground-breaking innovations in S&M, Distribution and Product. I have had the rare privilege of leading and being part of some S & D pilots and projects which were implemented organization-wide and even became industry benchmarks. I was fortunate enough to get the chance to be in the core team of a new telecom circle. Here I was deeply involved in the design, implementation, and evolution of an entirely new sales & distribution structure which saw the circle emerge as the fastest growing circle for the organization nationally. The immense knowledge and experience gained from such experiences lends a unique perspective to my approach towards running sustainable and profitable high-growth businesses. I see myself as a people's manager, with a firm belief in empowering and developing my team for long-term growth. I take pride in having ensured that a disproportionate number of my team members were able to move up in the organizations I was a part of. I attribute all my successes to a core philosophy of " A happy, cohesive and highly motivated team will always be a high performing unit", backed by a strong solution finding mindset and a never-say-die spirit.
