I am an aspiring HR candidate to drive employee wellness in the firm with empathy and inclusion. I have my masters (MBA) degree specialization in Human Resources from Mysore University after my bachelors (BBM) from Bangalore university. I have also pursued my bachelors in education (B.Ed.) from Singhania university during my Maternity/Parenting period out of my own interest.I served as an HR executive with DekkoDigital which is an Bangalore based startup for around 9 months(2018-19) prior to my break. At DekkoDigital, I have managed around a product build team of ~12 engineers & tech leads and performed all the HR duties to maintain a healthy firm. I was also performing recruitment research on monster.com and naukri.com, initial interviews for candidates, employee onboarding and orientation, planning/organizing/conducting employee wellness activities, managing payments and pay-slips for employees and managing employee queries.I had been part of Manya Innovations as HR Trainee and up-skilled myself on people management and handling HR activities.I did my Final year MBA internship with Evolet technologies where I got chance to work on end to end recruitment process, conducting Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and onboarding new interns.I have also done my First year MBA internship with Yantra.com as Marketing research executive to perform customer survey and analysis.
