Empowering individuals to make their shift to a plant-based (vegan) diet or lifestyle; smooth, light and enjoyable. I coach potential, new and existing vegans. Through the coaching, we identify and remove any stumbling blocks that are preventing change, identify motivations, discuss the benefits, set goals and then create strategies to make them happen! The coaching consists of 45-minute sessions that are tailor-made to each person's starting point and includes unlimited email support in between each session.

Primary school teacher - timetabled to release class based teachers, so that they have some time towards Planning, Preparing and Assessing their classes.Subject leader for History across the school: reviving the history resource bank for all key stages, providing feedback to teachers where history lessons were observed, analysing consistency in teaching and progression across all year groups, and including more non-European History and Black History within the school curriculum.Informal line manager: Guiding Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) on which children to support, skills to be developed, strategies for developing them, and preparing suitable resources. Carrying out an Appraisal with LSAs at the end of the academic year giving the LSAs and I the opportunity to reflect, evaluate performance and set targets for the next academic year.Key achievements & skill development- Led colleagues in a parallel year group to understand and implement Standard Attainment Tests (SATs).- Received training and then implemented the transformation from SATs to informal Teacher Assessment.- Leading from the Middle: successfully completed this course which focused on the leadership of innovation and change within teaching. Topics included enhancing self-confidence, being a skilled team leader and building team capacity through the efficient use of staff and resources.

Primary school teacher: Responsible for my class, working alongside two other teachers in the same year group to ensure that lessons are consistent across the year group.Subject leader for ICT: Shadowing the ICT co-ordinator during the final term of the NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher) year.Informal line manager: Guiding Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) on how to support the children that they were assigned to. Working with the LSAs to be part of assessing other children in the classroom.Key achievements & skill development- Attained the status of fully qualified teacher.- Attended weekly training for NQTs: differentiation, behaviour management and supporting children with special educational needs SEN).- Developing my planning so that Information Communication Technology (ICT) was included in all lessons.- Developing strategies to enable the class to be on task whilst I worked on a one to one basis with a child who had SEN.- Organising and leading an In-Service Training (InSet) session with the leader of the staff in Year 1. This InSet was about strategies focusing on how to support children with Autism within the school setting.
