CurrentEmpowering individuals to make their shift to a plant-based (vegan) diet or lifestyle; smooth, light and enjoyable. I coach potential, new and existing vegans. Through the coaching, we identify and remove any stumbling blocks that are preventing change, identify motivations, discuss the benefits, set goals and then create strategies to make them happen! The coaching consists of 45-minute sessions that are tailor-made to each person's starting point and includes unlimited email support in between each session.
