Led a team of general managers with P&L responsibility for self delivery, support as a service, and voice ordering products. Built new products and services incubation function.

Ran fulfillment business helping restaurants already offering delivery improve profitability by outsourcing fulfillment to adapt to a rapidly changing restaurant industry. Grew P&L by >1200% Y/Y in 2020 while achieving profitability up from -$2 VP/order by scaling Little Caesars delivery, replacing Panera's fleet, and partnering with Papa John's to augment delivery. Launched a self-delivery product, helping similar merchants use our marketplace and fulfill the orders via their own fleets to serve all businesses, launching the product nationally with Jimmy John's as an exclusive partner.

Built a team of 6 responsible for rep productivity and owned GTM for our merchant audience including pricing. Co-created self-serve merchant sign up flow and inbound + sales marketing functions driving >50% of total deals won by end of tenure. Improved productivity (signs/rep) by 182% over 1.5 years.

Launched new products and created new functions within the Sales Organization to increase revenue per rep. Launched merchant marketing function and created post-sale team to increase take rates. Built the business case for the ads platform and pickup product, working with the product, engineering, sales and ops teams to build an MVP and manage the P&L at launch.

Led final launch in Miami and subsequent expansion through South Florida leveraging past experience to break records for number of deliveries in the first day, first week, and first month. Individually signed more merchant partners than any full team of 2-3 prior while writing the playbook for utilizing top merchant relationships and promotional giveaways to fuel growth at launch.

Started the Baltimore Raven's team blog for SB Nation in eighth grade. The site is still a top Baltimore Ravens community and SB Nation was an early part of the Vox Media network.
