- Involved in Design and execution of a 6 story corporate office covering 60,000 sq.ft. of carpet area for TATA Tele Service. - Responsibly held the site execution and supervision of various other corporate offices and providing design solutions as and when required along with furniture detailing. - Carried out coordination with numerous consultants including mechanical, electrical & plumbing (MEP), HVAC consultants, structural consultants and project management consultants (PMC).- Leaded a small design team of 4 interior designers and 1 graphic designer. One of the main roles was making conceptual and design presentations for commercial interior projects. - Assisted with 3D design, renderings and good for construction drawings (GFCs) for large scale public buildings including a church, club houses and a school. - Conducted site meetings and coordinated with the team. - Produced large quantities of GFC drawings and made sure to keep up with the deadline while commencing the site work simultaneously. - Helped in preparing the cost estimation and scheduling of the overall workflow.

- Designed and aided a large scale public building ropeway project in Jammu & Kashmir covering an area of 120 Acers of contour land which consisted of different building typologies like 2 terminal buildings, 1 ticket counter building, 1 food court building, admin and staff building, drop off building, security cabins etc. spreading all around the site. - Studied and worked according to other province’s municipal building codes & norms at the same time collaborated with the MEP, Structural and HVAC consultant.- Involved in the designing and conceptualizing stage of a large scale government public project of a stadium. Design details involved Pavilions, Indoor & Outdoor Swimming Stadiums, Multi-use ground, Villas, Quarters, Hostel, etc. - Worked on parametric design projects using Sketch-Up and Rhinoceros 3D along with creating renders using Lumion.- Designed a number of various houses & bungalows for a company in Vietnam and exhibited using 3D Visual representations. Also furnished GFC drawings for the same.
