As the second-generation diamantaire of Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd., I am proud to lead a company that has achieved a turnover of USD 1.5 billion. With a BBA degree from NMIMS and a Master’s degree from Babson College, I bring a strong academic background and a passion for business strategy to our family business.One of my main focuses is on developing the business strategy for our Jewellery Brand Kisna, which has a strong online presence and over 3500 retailers across India. Recently, we expanded our business by moving into the franchise model and have already opened 60+ franchise stores. I’m also involved in business strategy development for Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd.In addition, I am actively leading Dholakia Technologies, our division dedicated to engineered lab-grown diamonds. These diamonds redefine possibilities across industries, including quantum computing, thermal applications, electronics, optics, and industrial tools. By leveraging cutting-edge innovation, we aim to create sustainable, high-performance solutions that contribute to next-generation technologies.But business is not just about profits; it’s also about giving back to the community. That’s why, along with my family and our business, we are committed to social activities through the Dholakia Foundation. We believe in improving the standard of living for our employees and industry and achieving the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals. We have already planted 3 million trees and made 175 lakes in the drought-prone region of Gujarat, India.When I’m not working, I love to stay active and engage with the world around me. I’m enthusiastic about sports, nature, cars, meeting new people, traveling, reading, and meditation. I believe that a well-rounded life is essential to success in business and personal pursuits.
