Setup of overall finance & control organisation of the global organisation : developing project control framework, operational finance processes, implementing Netsuite Openair, setup of Permanent Establishments. Operational responsible for; monthly operational review meetings with the service line leads and CXO’s, (in this meeting we discuss the financial results, forecast ,operational KPI’s, risks and opportunities of each Service line); global monthly reporting, budgeting and forecast process; reviewing and approving offer calculations, reviewing and negotiating contracts; financial reporting for Advisory Board. Special projects such as; developing long-term business case, restructuring scenario planning.

Monthly reporting, forecasting on project level and discussions with account leadership on account forecast vs target. Supporting on big size/complex pricings. Initiate margin improvement program and as financial advisor interacting in the account leadership meetings.

Supporting the Senior Executives (Partners) of Accenture in understanding the financials of their projects by doing analysis on the actual results and supporting with the forecasts.
