Ever since high school, I have loved all things marketing. Data analytics, planning events, building relationships, creating print and social media content...you name it, I wanted to do it. When I was looking for a college that would give me the best opportunities, the Eli Broad College of Business stood out. I decided that Michigan State was the best fit for me, and I graduated with a BA in Marketing and a minor in Graphic Design. While in school, I served as the Publicity Chair for the Women in Business Students’ Association, where I discovered my passion for social media marketing. I developed a strategic social media plan, including implementing Instagram reels and designing posts that aligned with our brand book, increasing WBSA’s follower count by 20% in the first month. Additionally, in my position with the MSU Federal Credit Union, I created 15+ social media posts monthly, with a content-marketing focus, using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, including templates for our NIL partnership with the MSU Women’s Basketball team. I also created the artwork for the Certificate promotion campaign and learned about product strategy using Power BI as a research tool. Along with my education and other job positions, these experiences have allowed me to become well versed in digital marketing and have helped shape me into who I am. I strive to stay creative, I strive to continuously learn and grow, I strive to be a leader, I strive to add value, and I look forward to the amazing things that I will accomplish.
