Philips Healthcare Services Business, is a business arm of Philips Healthcare focused on maximising the technology outcome and operational efficiency for Healthcare providers throughout the region, and across the full range of medical devices within the Philips portfolio. It provides a suite of solutions to its customers through a dedicated sales and marketing team, and supported by engineers of various skill sets - from Biomedical through to software and remote focused engineers.In my time as a Service and Solutions leader within Philips, I focused on developing the vision and subsequent strategy for execution which saw the organisation transition to a remote first mindset, and driving Predictive and Proactive as the value creator of Philips Service.In the APAC leadership role, I sat on the APAC Leadership team and reported into the Growth(International Markets) leadership.Some of the key areas of my time include:Exceeded growth and profitability targets through developing and executing strategy across diverse cultures and markets in the APAC region.Accelerated growth and secured sustainable future capabilities, through building framework with partners and ensuring quality and regulatory capabilities for Healthcare.
