Responsible for The Core Systems Program (CSP) delivery as well as managing and facilitate a portfolio of projects. Aker BP launched the Core Systems Program in order to consolidate and standardize on tools and processes across their 5 offshore assets. This transition has been prepared for and deployed to the organization in close cooperation with the affected business units. Important success factors have been program coordination, handling a high number of inter dependencies, management of change, training and transition support. We have delivered five solutions supporting all he main work processes related to plant maintenance and integrity, This including but was not limited to supply chain management, work permits, safe work analysis, asset integrity management and a consolidated TAG hierarchy. Deployment and transition comprised comprehensive change management, training of 2000+ users as well as onsite support on all assets onshore 24/7 in a period of 3 months.
