With over 15 years of cross-sector experience in sustainability, circularity and social impact, I am a senior professional, impact entrepreneur, and systems thinker who is passionate about creating a thriving society for all. I have a strong track record of developing and implementing net positive/regenerative strategies, practices, leadership, cultures, and behaviors across different sectors, domains and scales.Currently, I'm a leader in circularity strategy at Ingka Group, IKEA's largest franchisee, where I direct the update of our strategy, business transformation approach, and actionable roadmaps. I also oversee the growth and innovation portfolios, build and lead cross-functional networks and working groups, and develop policy recommendations and partnerships for accelerating a just and circular economy.
