Hans Hermans (1951) Manager en (werktuig-)BouwerHans studeerde Werktuigbouwkunde aan de TU Delft. Hij startte zijn loopbaan bij Unilever en doorliep het totale International-Management-Development-Scheme. Hij deed ruim 20 jaar management-ervaring op bij grote voedingsmiddelenconcerns in binnen en buitenland. Die opgedane kennis en ervaring nam hij mee toen hij in 1999 begon als zelfstandig interim-manager. Sindsdien heeft hij vele uitdagende opdrachten vervuld bij grotere en kleinere (familie)bedrijven in de voedingsmiddelenbranche en in andere maakindustrie. Door zijn sterk persoonlijk contact en aandacht voor mensen op alle niveaus combineert hij individuele competenties effectief met duidelijke kaders en resultaatgerichtheid.Specialties: De mensen zijn de leukste dingen in een bedrijf!Ieder bedrijf is uniek door de mensen die er werken. Een standaardaanpak werkt dus niet optimaal en dat maakt iedere opdracht steeds weer leuk. De uitdaging is om de juiste voorwaarden te scheppen die de mensen aanmoedigen het beste in zichzelf boven te halen. Duidelijkheid, goede communicatie, eigenwaarde en plezier in het werk zijn daarbij de cruciale factoren. Daarmee bouwen we een organisatie die positieve energie uitstraalt en dat werkt!
