I have a strong background in engineering and corrosion management, coating and cathodic protection, material selection on a variety of projects, both big and small for national Iranian oil company (NIOC). As an senior corrosion engineer, I am responsible for analysis and recommendation of corrosion control methods, specifying and assessing potential deterioration mechanisms in pressure vessels and piping system, investigation of the causes of corrosion and its rate through monitoring the corrosion and the study of different types of corrosion phenomena of the pipelines, inspection and investigation of the corrosion and coating of the equipment including heat exchanger, desalters, tanks, separators and etc., in overhaul periods, designing and installing cathodic protection systems (impressed current and sacrificial anode) for underground pipelines, implementing risk-based inspection (RBI) for underground and aboveground pipeline, evaluation of the effectiveness of corrosion inhibitor injection in production units and desalting plants (PU&DP). In addition, I have enough experience in material selection, corrosion control of sour gas pipeline with 250000 ppm H2S.In addition, during my educating time, I acquired full scholarship from national Iranian oil company (NIOC) in petroleum university of technology for M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees.My excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities have enabled me to quickly identify and address corrosion problems. In addition to my technical qualifications, I am highly organized, great atproblem solving, and have excellent communication skills. Furthermore, I am also a strong team player. I have experience working in cross-functional teams and have been successful in developing collaborative relationships with team members.
