Managed a team of 20 canvassers who scheduled COVID vaccine appointments, handed out PPE and informed business owners of the Key2NYC initiative. Further, I mentored my team in the moment so they would have the versatility needed to be successful canvassers. I also had backend responsibilities such as: data entry, vaccine appointment rescheduling, meeting reporting requirements and accountability guidelines.

Transmitted PDFs and transcribed all identifying information related to new contracts between esteemed authors and Scholastic, using Excel and their proprietary software. My research dealt with: This calculation of royalty rates, compilation of all PDFs for a specific contract under one access point and consolidation of multiple entries when they were not.

While stones were in various stages of grading I maintained current records for each using Spectrum, thus ensuring that they could be found immediately and none of these valuable objects would be misplaced.

Performed conservation work on fragile records and implemented a system for housing a collection of tactile-writing samples that had been improperly stored and were losing their embossing. I also increased the availability of this collection to patrons by creating a finding aid for the Perkins website.
