I observe students to evaluate their abilities, strengths, and weaknesses to create modified lessons to teach to their strengths. I use data analysis to determine which tools I will need to assist in bridging any learning gaps. I meet with data analysis teams to determine where our students are and what skills they are lacking. We create groups to assist struggling students to become more confident in their studies. My students are put into teams to assist with classroom management. They are responsible for their teams and encourage each other to do their best. This leads to students becoming more confident in leading and determining how well they work with others.
