Currently the Vice President of Global Supply chain leading the Indirect Source to Pay strategy for Jabil, a global $30bn manufacturing solutions provider headquartered in St Petersburg, Florida. I have over 20 years of practitioner and leadership experience in Procurement roles across direct and indirect commodities, in delivery of enterprise solutions and in strategic planning. The majority of my career has been concentrated on leading complex, global S2P systems design and implementations. I have led the global deployment of our Indirect Strategic Sourcing application, Scanmarket, enabling our Global Procurement Organization to source in a leading edge digital platform! One of my proudest achievements is leading the Jabil’s global deployment of Coupa in > 100 locations in 30 countries, enabling S2P, AIC/Analytics and Spend Guard, in < 3 years. Additional experience for Jabil includes managing a Global Shared Services Organizations focused on application optimization, supplier and catalog enablement, electronic invoice automation, supplier rationalization and tail spend management. With Jabil I am now embarking on the next exciting chapter in the Jabil S2P strategy by offering the provision of implementation and practitioner consulting services to new and existing S2P customers at varying staging posts in their S2P journeys. I have attained my MBA in IT from the University of Tampa, a BA in Supply Chain Management from Western Michigan University and am a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt. I originally hail from Michigan but now live with my family in the Clearwater area of Florida and enjoys camping and traveling around the world.
