Adolescent In-Patient Dual & Chemical Dependency Behavioral Health Unit, Adult & Child Intensive Treatment Centers, Adult Behavioral Health Units- Competently delivered patient care in collaboration with multi-disciplinary team. - Promoted therapeutic environment through milieu management, employing de-escalation techniques, overseeing daily schedule, and one-to-one patient contact. - Facilitated skill building groups and lectures on topics such as distress tolerance, coping skills, meditation and mindfulness, and to support treatment goals and objectives.- Conducted initial patient orientation and intake with patients and guardians.- Utilized Epic software to document assessment of behavioral health.

Adolescent & Young Adult Residential Addiction Treatment- Conducted diagnostic mental health assessments upon client admissions to facility.- Provided individual therapy to clients with co-morbid CD and mental health disorders.- Collaborated on cognitive/personality assessment interpretations and review of results.- Co-facilitated skills-based mental health groups, to include DBT and CBT.- Participated in consultation with multi-disciplinary team.- Completed clinical writing for assessment reports as well as therapy and group notes.

- Provided in and out of home companionship services to older adults. - Worked collaboratively with the agency’s scheduling department and nursing staff to ensure the highest quality care was provided to each client.

> Account Services – simultaneously managed and served multiple client accounts. Coordinated client marketing campaigns consisting of advertising, social media and public relations as well as website and brand development.> Event Production – strategized, planned and executed events as well as provided promotional and publicity support.> Agency Management – worked collaboratively with creative, media buying and publicity departments. Directed interns and volunteers for client projects. Conducted client billing and reporting on monthly and quarterly basis.

> Events/Promotions – created and managed an average of over 60 events and promotions each year. Distinctive promotions included hosted trips in SCA destinations that ranged from 40 to 250 guests. Signature events included “Concert in the Sky,” Minnesota Music CD Release Parties, Annual “Flight to North Pole,” and “London A-Go-Go.” > Partnerships/Sponsorships – developed, maintained and grew partnerships. Initiated and coordinated marketing campaigns, promotions, events and tours designed to raise visibility.> Loyalty Marketing – assisted in development of Sun Country’s Ufly frequent flyer program and implemented the Ufly launch marketing campaign. Coordinated the SC Gift Card program from IT development, creative design and distribution to marketing efforts. > Brand Development – coordinated multi-media branding campaigns such as “Vote Sun Country,” “Vacation Joe” and “Soaring.” These efforts included initial research, message testing, creative direction and results monitoring. Also rebranded Sun Country as the only “Hometown Airline” in Minnesota as well as launched a new brand/product for the Airline, Sun Country Vacations.> Public Relations – managed public relations activity for Sun Country Airlines, SC Vacations and SC Groups & Charters. Executed media outreach consisting of press releases, interviews and media conferences for crisis, promotional and informative communications. > Advertising – managed the development and implementation of all Sun Country advertising. Ad campaigns included TV, billboard, print, radio, online, eMarketing, social media, signage and collateral pieces. This role consisted of writing content as well as providing creative direction, feedback/revisions and production directives.> Digital Marketing – continuously expanded SCA's digital marketing strategy with Mktg team and executed initiatives such as the Airline’s first social media campaign and banner ad campaigns.

> Coordinated research, planning, logistics, and execution of luncheons, receptions and promotional events, which included volunteer management and post-evaluation.> Engaged non-profit agency partners as well as assisted with donor segment research and strategic development for United Way Giving Communities.
