• Led critical initial phase of an enterprise-wide effort that increased customer engagement and reduced costs by migrating customer email operations from an internal platform to a leading vendor-hosted platform with.
• Managed team of over 30 enterprise stakeholders and vendor representatives.
• Team responsibilities included vendor selection and management, business case development, legal and compliance coordination, platform customization, systems integration, user acceptance testing, and rollout pilot.
• New process was successfully rolled out for over 500 million customer emails sent annually by Fidelity.

• Established new flexible and user-friendly reporting system that provided key metrics that were critical to senior level decision making on Fidelity’s rapidly expanding institutional retirement plan participant email.
• Subsequently assumed responsibility for all email reporting within this division.
• Also developed documentation of Fidelity’s email policies regarding privacy, security, consent and preferences for use by plan sponsors to communicate with their plan participants.

• Hired as Sales Representative; subsequently assumed marketing roles with increasing responsibility. Ultimately promoted to Vice President.
• Drove direct marketing programs for Fidelity’s 25 state tax-free mutual funds with a $2+ million promotional budget.
• Responsible for 10 successful product launches in affluent markets that were key to growing Fidelity’s market share.
• Managed product management staff and relationships with internal and external advertising agencies, legal/compliance, market research, sales, public relations and investment teams.
