Responsibilities:-Achieve £7 million sales and associated profit and cost goals.-Managed and led a team of 15, including team leader, range support and kitchen trainer.-Worked closely with Customer services to improve the overall customer experience for Kitchens.-Alongside my role I was the Sales responsible/project planner for full department rebuild, including new room settings, planning studio and kitchen accessory shop.-During the planning process, presented to the UK commercial team.-Built strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders during both the planning process and the physical build.-Worked closely with external contractors to ensure quality of the physical build, and ensured all deadlines were met.-Managed the biggest range change IKEA has had, ensuring the co-workers were confident planning and selling the new range.

Responsible for achieving sales goals and associated profit and cost goals.Managed and led a team of 9 including a range support.As part of my role, I worked on various projects within Living rooms, rebuilding different areas to increase sales, improve commerciality and improve the customer shopping experience.I took the lead in the “first 5” room set planning, writing the work briefs for the room settings at the entrance to the store, overseeing the planning process, implementation and follow up of the project.
