I live for the thrill of knowing that everyday I will have only one shot at directing a perfect show. At 5:58a when the first director leaves the chair and I sit down, I have exactly two minutes to prepare cameras, graphics and audio before it's go time! The pressure is real and I am often sitting at the edge of my seat in anticipation of any minor detail that I may have overlooked or technical failure requiring immediate and on the fly, restructuring of the show.Directing is a rush unlike any other and perfect shows rarely happen but I can't imagine myself doing anything else.
