Following that deal, she has been involved in dozens of real estate transactions, including commercial, land, investment, development, and residential properties. She quickly realized that real estate is not just a place you make your home, but it can be a place to protect and grow your life savings.Heidi represents sellers and buyers and is known for bringing energy and light into any room while having a strategically crafted plan to execute. She occasionally partners with her husband, who owns an investment advisory firm, to help clients implement advance-planning strategies while helping them understand how essential real estate is in building generational wealth. When Heidi is not spending time with her clients, she works on her own real estate development in Sacramento. Heidi is a Sacramentan at heart but was raised by immigrant parents in Southern California. Seeing her family work toward the American dream instilled in her a strong work ethic and solution-oriented mindset. At her core, Heidi loves to negotiate because she does not want to leave anything on the table. She prides herself on leveraging her education, experience, and network to find the best solution for her clients. She holds a business marketing degree from San Diego State University and a master’s in business from the University of California, Davis. Before joining the Kinetic team, she ran high-performing operations and sales teams for Fortune 100 companies. Outside of work, you’ll find Heidi on the go. If she is not cooking up a 10-hour porchetta in the kitchen, she is on a flight to another country. She enjoys hitting the slopes, fishing, traveling, and swimming in crystal-clear waters. On more relaxed days, you’ll catch her running for doughnuts, knee-deep in DIY projects, and spending time with her husband and two cats, Sourdough and Chowder, in Sacramento.
